Here's a new twist on my smoothie recipe. I was inspired to add some veggies to my mix from
workoutmommy So I did the normal 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 banana, and I added two large handfuls of baby spinach and a tablespoon of fresh parsley. Yummy! It was really good. The parsley added a nice fresh kick and I didn't really taste spinach at all. It was very festive looking with red and green flecks throughout. A great way to add some green stuff to one of my breakfast favorites.
